PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLY. IF you qualify only, then apply. PFM is looking for a Receptionist candidates for an International Client, based at Islamabad. Candidate MUST have Proven professional five(05) years of experience with at least 3 years in diplomatic missions, international organizations, or corporate sector. Prefer He/she must be reasonably well-versant both in written and spoken English language and in the use of MS Office, MS Outlook etc.

Tasks:

  • Receive visitors to the RM by obtaining clearance from RM concerned staff, and up to date log of all visitors.
  • Receive and tag all documents received from outside sources.
  • Responsible for PRM library/documents, track of all issued and received publications
  • Act as back up of operations assistants.
  • Provide back hand support to Sr. Logistics Assistant in routine tasks
  • Prepare and send documents for dispatch and log the same.
  • Answer incoming calls and connects them to the relevant staff.
  • Provide assistance to all outgoing calls, ensuring clear line quality.
  • Log all operator-assisted calls by indicating calling and called parties, time and charge for call.
  • Prepare and ensure timely updating of extension list of PRM: and telephone directory
  • Coordinate with admin assistants for meeting room requests.
  • Assist in sending out mail through PRM’s diplomatic pouch service.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned, for example, providing secretarial support as necessary, and routine clerical work such as typing, photocopying etc

Qualification: Min Bachelor Degree

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
